✓ The maximum dimensions per bag (H + W + L) must not exceed 158 cm (62 inches) – 1 piece + 1 Hand luggage in between 2 guests.
✓ Some of the mentioned inclusions may remain closed on weekends or specific days as per the government norms for which we do not hold the responsibility.
✓ All the products & services mentioned in Vacation Dunya Travel & Tourism LLC website and sold to our esteemed clients are bound to stipulated terms and conditions and the same shall govern the contract between the company, Vacation Dunya Travel & Tourism LLC and its Clients.
✓ The booking will be made by Vacation Dunya Travel & Tourism LLC only:
a) On acceptance of our written quotation or offer.
b) On receipt of passport copies of all passengers travelling.
c) On specified non-refundable initial deposit to proceed with the booking.
d) On full payment of the tour for last minute bookings.
e) Consent given to use of the client’s personal date relevant to the complete the booking.
✓ The binding contract commences upon the issuance of the Booking Confirmation that mentions the details of the tour.
✓ Vacation Dunya Travel & Tourism LLC reserves the right to terminate the contract or decline the confirmation of the booking and return the deposit as per our sole discretion at any time before the tour.
✓ Please read carefully and understand the contents of the tour brochure / itinerary and terms and conditions.
✓ Amount paid towards a group tour cannot be transferred to a customized package.
✓ Unutilized bookings / services will not be carried forward to the next calendar year.
✓ The Lead Passenger on the booking confirmation will be authorized for all the passengers on the booking confirmation to agree with the terms and conditions, acceptance of the booking, and for the payment of themselves and on behalf of all the passengers mentioned on the booking.
✓ No person/s other than those affiliated with Vacation Dunya Travel & Tourism LLC, in writing, has the authority to vary, add, amplify, or waive any stipulation, representation, term or condition in the brochure/ website/ online & offline booking tools.
✓ Vouchers will be released in 3-4 working days after we receive the full payments / 07 days prior to the departure.
✓ In case of last-minute bookings credit card guarantee has to be provided to confirm the services.
✓ Any on-board expenses will have to be paid by the client directly in cash or credit card.
✓ No refunds either in part or full will be made in case of any unused services in above package like ground transportation, meals, accommodation, sightseeing tours.
✓ Vacation Dunya Travel & Tourism LLC is not responsible for any personal belongings, or any other valuable items left in our vehicles or tour sites, it is solely your responsibility. Our drivers and tour guides will not be responsible for it.
✓ On Islamic occasions and National holidays, the tour will not serve alcohol, and there will not be any live entertainment.
✓ Photography of UAE residence especially ladies, military institutions, government buildings, and installations, is strictly prohibited.
✓ Littering is a punishable offense and offenders may face penalties in the form of fines.
✓ Vacation Dunya Travel & Tourism LLC reserves the rights to charge 100% no show charges if the guest is not there at the time of scheduled pick-up.

“Booked Premium packagefor a family of 9(incl 4 toddlers) we asked for a tempo traveller or equivalent+ lemon tree hotel in port blair. we got: a tempo traveller everywhere+ lemon tree while going to port blair, sentinel while coming from port blair(due to unavailability) Travel point to point was super smooth, on time. We didn't encounter any food related issues. In Havelock: We had a reasonably decent time in silversand resort. ”
